Full Compliance

Georgia Southern University fully complies with this standard employing qualified personnel to ensure the quality and effectiveness of its student affairs programs. The attached table displays the name, affiliated department, highest educational level, and position title for staff within the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management. Additionally, a link to each position description is provided in the table to show that these personnel have the requisite education and or training to satisfactorily perform their duties. As the Table shows, 57.9% of the personnel earned at least a master's level degree (n=62/107). Of this group, 16 are doctorally-prepared representing 15% (n=16/107) of the total staff for the Division. Forty staff in the Division hold bachelor degrees representing 37.4% of the total. Taken as a whole, 95.3% (n=102/107) of the personnel within the Division of Student Affairs and Enrollment Management have at least at bachelor's-level education.
